2008 reissue of this debut album from the British singer-songwriter and producer. Her real name is Sophie Michalitsianos, and she was formerly a member of American indie rock band Sparklehorse. Her first album, The Bells of 1 2, was released by Gr"nland Records in 2006. The track titled 'Gold' from this album was used in the CBS television series, Without a Trace, season 5, episode 17: "Deep Water". Sol is New York based and she embraces the roles of writer, performer, engineer and producer. 12 tracks. Gronland Records.

I love every song on this album except for #2, Human, which I find way too sappy. Apart from that, the album flows perfectly and provides a wide range of atmospheric and ambient songs. I would compare the music somewhat to Fiest, but Sol Seppy relies less on her voice and more on the musical accompaniment.

I can never play this album without dropping everything Im doing and just listening.
