The only difference I can see is the Audio.

The more expensive version has voice in English & French

While the cheaper version has voice in English & Czech + subtitles in English/French/Spanish

More expensive was released by Fox Video and the cheaper by MGM.

Regarding the discussion of two products with the same title but different prices:

If you are buying from Europe, then you need the slightly more expensive version of this product. This is because there is a difference in the technology of DVD players (and DVDs) sold in Europe vs. those sold in North America. The less expensive version of this product will only work in players purchased in North America. European purchasers are paying a premium to get the European product that they can actually USE. And as noted by anotehr reviewer, the extra language tracks and subtitles are important for viewers in a multilinguistic part of the world.

possibly the best season so far of Atlantis it provides audio commentaries for each episode save one(still haven't figured out why) and none of te commentaries are terribly boring though this can be said of most SGA commentaries I've heard. additionally each of the five discs has a making of of one of the episodes on that disc as well they continue with character profiles started from the first two season disc sets as well as general featurettes about the shows making. This season saw the most money spent on the series so far and trully shows in the production quality. it also includes the longest ever for television CGI sequence in the episode first strike. It also includes the episode "Sunday" on of the most loved and heartfelt episodes in the series.
