    Standard shipping is typically sent via UPS Ground. There are cases where your order will be sent via Purolator or Canada Post.  Typically within southern Ontario, ground shipping parcels will arrive 1-3 days after shipping. Our expedited shipping is done using UPS 2nd Day. Note that KP Distributing is not liable for any late or damaged deliveries as we do not have any control over UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or any other carrier we use. We make every attempt to ensure your parcel is securely packed for its shipment. As a customer we recommend you fully inspect the item before signing for it. If any descrepancies are seen, note them when signing with the carrier or make a claim with the carrier for insurance purposes.
