Since your interested in cartoons, this is the one "Baby Boomers" grew up on and still love. Not edited to death by people who claim they are somehow more violent that the crap on regular TV today, its refreshing to see them in their original cuts. The extras including how the group got together and interviews with Chuck Jones, Fritz Freleng and the others who made the original charaters and their personalities is very interesting even to young children (mine are 10,13 and 15). Our children have laughed out loud at these cartoons.

Those of us of ethnic background (around the "MED") felt like we were watching our own families on the the screen, except for the "windex". The Greek, Middle Eastern and Italian females are just about like the ones in the movie, strong willed, hair growing holding a master degree in the "Guilt Trip". Its like the fellow on the radio says "Where the Women are Strong, the Men are Good Looking, and the Children are above Average". The movie is well worth having, its very funny, no special effects and fairly clean.

The 5.1 mix is very lush and smooth. If you enjoy entertaining with background music or just like to "kick it up a notch", you'll really enjoy this disc. For some reason, a lot of the
von Karajan DVD's are not in 5.1, but go ahead and buy this one, you will NOT be disapointed
