This is an excellent book, its full of examples, easy to understand, easy to read, great for everyone who is interested in the basics of management, not only of an airline, but any company.

I am new to the airline industry, and this book has let me understand a lot about it. Really easy to read, it is written in an easy language.

Contiental was the worst airline to fly, the worst airline to work for, and in 1994-1995 when Mr. Bethune rode the cockpit of it, in a year he made it to have its first profit in 10 years. How did he do it? Read this book.

This book was written previous to the September 11th 2001, so it has nothing about the recent economic crisis affecting all airlines worldwide, but it explains the plan (the Go Forward Plan) that has kept CO working these last years and how CO is, among major US carriers, one of the ones with less looses and debt in the industry.

Definitely a must read!

This review is not about the movies, it's about the Boxed set, if you want to read my reviews on each movie, look for it each movie's information. The idea to release all 4 movies in a boxed set is great, although quite expensive.

This it to warn all of you possible buyers, we all know what the Superman Feature Film movies are about, but I found out this boxed set has no extra disc, just the four DVDs, one of each movie, you can expect that, for the very same price at least.

I've been looking at every DVDs details, and comparing with the ones in the boxed set: I found no difference! Even the Superman I disc, is the Special Edition.

I dont know how the actual box of the boxed set is alike, besides from the pictures from this website; please be aware, IF YOU PURCHASE EACH DVD SEPARATELY YOU WILL SAVE OVER [X]. You will have the very same DVDs, but not the box, will that box be [X] worth? I dont think so. I consider myself a Superman fan, but I wont spend [X] in a nice white box, I can buy another DVD for that!

Also, I encourage you, the owners of the boxed set, if I am mistaken please let me know, I like my information as accuate as it can be.

Back to the Future is a superb piece of artwork, it shows the great effort made by S. Spielberg, R. Zemeckis, the production staff, all the actors: M.J. Fox, L. Thompson, C. Lloyd, M. Steengburgen, C. Glover, T.F. Wilson and all the crew.

What may happen if suddenly you find yourself stuck 30 years ago and being responsible for the falling in love of your parents? Would you be able to do it? Your own existence is is jeopardy!

The second movie has even more special effects and a interesting sight of our possible future, 30 years (again) but in the future. And a sight of an alternative present which remids us we are the architects of our own future.

The third one, the most hilarious of all, has another trip back in time 100 years in the past. Where Dr. Brown finds his match, makes some contrbuiton to the science of that time, and finnally found another way to travel in time...

Definitely one of the best trilogies ever made, I just don't know why it took them so long to release the DVD, I hope the additional material is as good (or even better) as the movies.

I was not so convinced about the story, but the animation is very good, and the soundtrack is awesome! the voice characterizations are excellent!

The Drej, an Alien race which devastated Earth, they feared humans of "what they might become", leaving humans floating around the galaxy, homeless and hopeless, Cale, the hero, escaped the Earth destruction when he was very young, and now he finds himself involved in a quest for rescuing the few humans left in the galaxy, and trying to find a machine his father built to give "hope" to all mankind, while being chased by the Drej and trying to protect a girl he doesn't want to realize he loves.

I dont see why so many people say this story is similar to starwars, if so, any story involving a reckless young in space being chased by a large enemy and trying to save civilization will be starwars-like. Even Superman, Spiderman, or Aliens would be starwars like, isnt it?

Definitely, a fair Sci-fi story, with great animation, voices and soundtrack, if you consider yourself a sci-fi fan, at least should see this.

Even when some people did not like Keanu Reeves for this role, I did, and Al Pacino is really thrilling in his role of John Milton.

This is a great story, in which we can learn what may happen if you become too greedy to care for your family, to be too busy developing your career to attend your mother or wife.

Dont miss the near-of-the-ending dialog, in which Milton says to Lomax, who he is, who is himself, and in which he says he has so many names, so many children, and the reasons of his mitical insurrection!

Definitely, this movie leaves you thinking a little about our human nature as "God's creatures". A must see, a must have!

This is a great move in the X-files story, develops very well the story (could we expect less?), the acting is good, it keeps most of the story of the Tv series, but I believe its just a very long episode, not a season ending as it should have been. You can never know the truth, at the ending, you find its a good movie, but it leaves you with a few questions answered and a lot of more questions asked.

The eternal x-files questions about a relationship between the characters, the authors of the complot, the alien invasion, the genetic experiments, the black cancer origin, etc., remain not fully answered.

Its very difficult to find its value if you are not a real x-files fan. Even through the staff tried it to be understandable for everyone, I guess they just did not accomplished this.

This should have been a reward for the fans for watching and following x-files for several years on TV. If youre a fan, you will find it interesting, but unfortunately, nothing more.

Alien, the first movie in the saga, very good piece of art! Nice acting, the "mistery" creature, which keeps not fully revealed until near the end of the movie, even after the movie end, there is some mystery around the aspect of the creature; and excellent Extra Features of the DVD, trailers, artwork, interviews, etc.

Aliens, also, one of the best Alien movies, a little advanced for its time, I believe its one of the best sci-fi sequels of all time! The Alien is back, and now with the rest of the batch, including the huge Alien Queen nesting in a human Colony. This DVD also has very good extra features, including a great interview with James Cameron.

So, If they are so good, why not five stars? Keep reading...

Alien 3, a regular movie, when I saw it the first time in the movies, I thought it was a real dissapointment, you have to be a real alien-fan to find its value, which I still believe its very poor; hey! If someone would have made this movie with another name and another creature, it could be a stand-alone film. I think this one does not contribute to the whole story as any of the other 3 movies do! Its contribution is very poor, and there are some details that does not match: you never find out when the alien queen puts that egg in the capsule, and you never find out where the acid which breaks the capsule (and killing Newt) comes from!, the extra features [are bad]! it only have the trailers of all movies.

Finally, Alien Resurrection, is more an action movie than a suspense/horror movie, the acting is very good, the SFX and the story rocks, again we have some aliens, a queen and a new-born creature on the loose! But, to the shame of the rest of the story, the original Alien bloodline is altered by the human hand during the cloning of Ellen Ripley, and they even leave a door open for a fifth Alien movie! The biggest lack of this DVD is again the extra features, it just have the trailers (again) and a featurette which returns a little respect to extra features.

Well, if you are a real alien-fan, now you know what you are up against!

This book is one of the best C programming language ever!

If you want to find out what C is all about, you should read this, but due to the current development of the programming language, I would advise you to better learn programming techniques or basics and then swith to a specific book on the evironment you plan to develop your programs (Borland C++, Visual C++, etc)

And, something you should be aware of, it does NOT cover anything but C, just ANSI C, not C++ and all the revolution around it. Not even an introduction to those development environments.

This is one of the best teen movies I've ever seen! It aboards very serious matter about sexuality and human relations between high-school students.

The perfomances of Sarah-Michelle Gellar, Ryan Phillipe, Reese Witherspoon and Selma Blair are astonishing! Not to mention the exceptional appearance of Joshua Jackson.

This movie has no sex scenes or nudity, but several adult situations; I guess it reflects the reality of a large group of late-90s teens.

Very good movie, very good story development, introduction of some of the classic X-men characters; excellent visual effects.

The Cons I find in this movie are that I don't buy the idea of Magneto's machine, this movie is developed in a more "real" environmet"; and the fact that not all x-men appear here (where are Gambit and Jubilee?)

Overall is a very good movie. If you like action and sci-fi, buy it!
