5.0 étoiles sur 5 What is money?, Oct 3 2003
What is money? Everyone is working hard for money. However, few people can understand money. Robert. T. Kiyosaki understands money and teaches people how to millionaires by Rich Dad Poor Dad. His thought on money is simulated from his two different dads - one is his poor dad and another one is his rich dad.

Generally, people earn money and spend more. The demand of money is infinity and people can't excape from the financial struggle. This is like a "Rat Race". Even a person with substantial high incomes, he/ she won't get out of this "Rat Race". Indeed, his poor dad is not really "poor". He has high education and is sucessful in his career. However, he is described as poor becasue Robert noticed that he can't get of out this "Rat Race".

On the other hand, Robert has a rich dad. He is Rich, because he knows money. This rich won't work for money. In contrast, money works for them. How's it done? It can be simply explained with one word - Investment.

People are working hard for moeny because of the traditional thinking on money. People always think that lifes are ensured by getting into a big company with high salary and thus people study hard in order to get a high position. Personally, this is a save but not wise way to play during a life as we can't excape from the "Rat Race" ! In order to play it in a wise way, we have to understand money so that we can know the ways to let money work for us. Robert teaches people how to do the cash flow analysis and suggests different investment in this book. Maybe it is somehow not practical as we need to start with certain money or abililties. However, this book let people review their cash flow and let people be aware of the situation they are living now - in a "Rat Rice". It simulates people thinking on money.

5.0 étoiles sur 5 The real consequences of the peace in 1st world war, Sep 19 2003
John Maynard Keynes is the most famous and important economist in the 30¡s decade of 20th century. The insight of this book is very thorough. Keynes¡s way of analysis is well worth to learn. He can balance between the real situation and ideal situation. He suggests three compensation approaches:

¡P Conservative prediction: 20 hundred million
¡P Realistic prediction: 30 hundred million
¡P Optimistic prediction: 40 hundred million

However, none of the parties support his recommendations. They believe that Germany must bear full responsibility for the war. Therefore, Keynes have written this book and exposed a plot of the Versailles Peace Treaty, which was not only highly exceeded the compensation capacity of Germany, and also it would led the middle part of Europe become pauperization. Therefore, Keynes was disagreeing with the Versailles Peace Treaty. He believed that the Versailles Peace Treaty would bring another crisis to the world and affect the peace of the world. Germany will arouse another war for revenge.

To conclude, the economic consequences of the peace is the beginning of another war.

4.0 étoiles sur 5 Esstenial to adapt the change in the world, Sep 14 2003
This book is easy to read and understand. The language is simple, but the meaning is not simple. It is because the future is unexpected. No one can guarantee that you can still be the winner tomorrow. Therefore, alerting the change, adapting the change, and preparing the change are very important. This book brings out the following messages:

1. People need to adapt the change every time
The world is changing every time, even every minute. Although you can be the winner today, it is possible that you will become the loser tomorrow. Therefore, learning how to adapt the changing in the world is very important.

2. Preparing for danger in times of peace
Although everything is normal today, you still need to prepare tomorrow. If you are only to keep thinking about your success and do not consider the future, you will be to walk back and forth when you alert the changing have already happen. Therefore, it is important to provide against danger while you are living in peace.

To conclude, I think that every people must read this book, especially nowadays, the change is extremely fast because of the technology advanced. This book can help you to open you mind to accept the change. Therefore, I think it is very useful.
