This book was awful. If you're looking for a new plan to stop overeating, this is not it. It is common sense. He tells you to think before you eat and keep a journal. The same things that every other diet plan will tell you. After a ton of useless stories about his patients, he finally gets to the "plan". It is interesting to take his little quizzies to find out your underlying issues, but there is no guidance really on what to do with that information. Not worth the money.
