if you are into labour support this is the book for you. well organized, great pics, all you ever wanted to know about supporting women in labour, easy ones and difficult ones.
The story is just ok. I was not keen on the whole idea that the reason she was an exceptional midwife was because she created and then used forceps. And the plot was a bit cheesy for me. not bad just not great.
A must for new parents so that they can become better parents than theirs were and so they can themselves develop good emotional intellegence skills that they can then teach their children.
I enjoyed the story and the way it was written. I really made you think about the lives of those involved in the war and how little things cause people to make decisions that may be entirely wrong and have profound effects. It was thoughtful character development and good writing.
