This is a very well written and surprisingly non-technical description of the mechanics of yeast fermentation. There are many practical examples and common mistakes which was very interesting to learn. Highly recommended for the home brewer who wants to understand what is actually happening and how to be consistent between batches and how to get the most out of your yeast. Also very practical for microbrewers as there is a significant amount of info regarding the use of REAL brewing equipment. Lots of detail regarding yeast counting, culturing, cleaning, etc.

This book is simply perfect, it's really complete and lots of usefull contents,helpful for those who want to cultivate yeasts, i reccomend this seller to anyone .
