The reality of what the food industry is doing to our bodies is scary, but the information is vital to a longer, healthier life. I am not used to reading information like this so I found it hard to get through but on the other hand, I'm glad I stuck with it as I feel I make much healthier choices at the supermarket!
I think the quality of the spatulas is ok.... however the largest one bends out of shape. I can bend it back but I wonder how long that it will last doing so. It's nice to have a spatula for any size job though. dw
