I wish I could give this show 500 stars to counteract some of the reviews here that seem to think Tour of Duty is nothing more than a soundtrack.
This is an incredible show, with outstanding plots and wonderful actors. TOD manages to tell meaningful stories about world-shattering events on a personal level, without resorting to melodrama or overblown special effects. This tv show compares well with the best of the big screen, where characters and plot are often sacrificed for big explosions and fancy camera work.
I watched the entire first season in less than a week. I can't wait for Season 2, with or without the Rolling Stones.
Discovering Yellowstone [Import]
This is an outstanding visual tour of Yellowstone National Park. The video presentation is superb, probably the best of any travel or nature video I've seen. It's easy to understand why Tom Murphy is an "award winning videographer".
Take note, however, that this is not really a "travel" video. There are no tips for planning lodging, tours, activities, etc. There are also no campy "reenactments" or kitschy nostalgia segments like I've encountered on other videos in this category. The DVD extra's are limited to Screensavers and a calendar that did not work on my WinME system.

Portrait of England
The scenery is beautiful, especially the aerial flyovers. However, I found it very frustrating to have no idea what I was seeing. Even the most basic captioning would have vastly improved my viewing experience, without detracting from the "artistic" side of the presentation.
