Jari Love is amazing. She provides a workout for almost anyone. You can choose to work at any level from 1 to 3. The DVD is broken down into the full brutalizing 1 hour body busting routine, or you can select 1/2 hour workouts of mixed cardio and weights, cardio only or weights and abs only. One short fall is the lack of stretching at the end of the workout. She does some, but I do much more on my own afterwards...especially hamstrings hip flexors and shoulders. Whoa... I have got my work cut out for me.
The approach for this book is great but it can not be applied to us as a couple...we are polar opposites. The concept of doing it together is great, but....in reality....well. You know. If you are a woman, just go ahead on without "him". He'll just have to follow or he'll be eating your dust!
