I bought this product on line for a number of reasons. I had attended a Walmart store only to find they did not stock the trimmer I checked out hair trimmers on-line. I then went back to the internet and read the reviews of the Norelco ear and nose hair trimmer. The written reviews and scoring of the product helped me to decide. The product was ordered over Amazon and I had the product within days. I am very satisfied with this product and the service. My father is a resident at a veteran's residence and I take the trimmer with me as he has always cared about his appearance. The Norelco trimmer is compact and does a great job. I highly recommend this product.
