I have had this book only a few weeks and have not honestly had the opportunity to use it every day however I can already see an improvement in my playing (dexterity) and can see the usefullness of this book and for working on your weaker limb whatever it is. It is possible to come up with your own excercises to address these issues but this book has done it all for you. So if you don't want to waste time sittng dreaming up excercises to improve your weaker side (and honestly if you haven't dont it by now what is the likelihood you will) then by this book.
