I like the convenience of storing the T disks right beside the machine but they are somewhat Fiddly to put in it. I also have seen it at other places for a lower price.
This machine looks good but makes lukewarm coffee and tea. The Tassimo customer service was friendly but not helpful. After 1/2 hour on the phone- suggested that a supervisor will call me within 10 days to try to resolve the issue. Not very satisfactory! I wish I had purchased it at a store where I could have exchanged it immediately..
The Amazon customer service was amazing. I was able to return it with shipping pre-paid and received a complete refund as this machine was now out of stock for an undetermined Period of time. I am back to being a fan of Amazon.
We saw thre original when first released and buying this Trilogy is like finding a long lost friend. We wanted the kids to get to know Shrek before seeing the new release. They loved all of them. it was a great addition to our family viewing section.
