Just What I expected..., July 25 2011

I got this cookbook in honour of my grandparents and great grandparents Swiss heritage. I wanted to know how they cooked back then.

The books is exactly what I expected. Great recipes I am going to use for the family reunion.

I really like the programmable feature on this rice cooker. I can program to have my rice right at 5 pm when I get home. I also tried steel cut oats in it and wasn't dissappinted.

I would highly recommend this rice cooker to my friends.

My Daughter Loves this Cookbook, Jun 15 2010

After I read the reviews on this book, I decided to purchase one myself. My daugther opened the package and decided to try a couple of recipes in it. So far, everything we made tastes great. Who would of guessed that you could make banana bread with tofu??

Just one thing, the book mentions a kind of sugar I never heard of so I substituted it with date sugar (which isn't really sugar but granulated dates). The recipes tastes great!

Try the banana chippers. Everyone loved them at work!
