First of all, the paper is uncoated so easy to write on with pencil and erase as needed. Plus I love knowing when the full moon is coming and other fun tips it adds day-to-day. A winner every year!
I absolutely love this beater blade and can't believe I've lived so long without it. No more scraping down the sides of the bowl anymore. This really mixes very well and has made my life so much easier. An absolutely fabulous invention!
