The nutritional tips throughout the book are inspiring. The recipes are delish, foolproof and healthy!! Nutritional breakdowns are included for the recipes and I've found their portion sizes to be very generous. If the recipe says it feeds 6, it actually does! I'm a cookbook addict and have been essentially cooking out of this cookbook exclusively for the past 3 months and I'm still not tired of it. I look forward to making every single recipe in this book.
