I found that just about all the patterns in the book are on the authors blog page. I felt that I wasted my money.

I was kind of disappointed when I received the book because just about all the patterns in it can be found on the internet. I wish I had used the money for good paper and pens and continued searching the net for new patterns.

Great follow up book for the Daily 5., April 8 2010

This book is a great companion for the Daily 5 book. I keep both on my desk all the time. I am so impressed with how well the CAFE is understood and used by my grade 2 students. The book actually demonstrates all those reading strategies you're told to use but are never really explained. It makes my language block easy to plan for.
