This book describes a whole range of stretches and strengtheners, and the collection of actions worked for me immediately. I try to stay active, and different ideas are given here to do that and avoid re-injury. So far so good. I'm really glad the book has all the ideas for healing listed in one place. Very convenient and quite effective. I showed the book to the podiatrist I've been seeing, and she agreed with the book's actions.
If you have beat up feet, especially plantar fasciitis, give this one a try.
