Somehow the idea of actually *using* said neti pot was far too overwhelming. For whatever reason, this was not overwhelming to me and I started using it immediately and use it twice/day most days.
It is simple and gentle to use, and I do not mind it at all. I find that the salt packets included go a long way. Once packet lasts me about 1.5-2 days.
I have many environmental allergies, including a cat that I live with, who I am allergic to. This device saves me a lot of suffering. Much improvement in allergy symptoms. Highly recommended!
I will do it again tomorrow before going to work.
For best results, use slightly warm to medium warm water. Keep breathing through your mouth and squeeze the bottle. Do a half bottle in each nostril. Voila. Enjoy your breathing freedom.
This one needs just the barest of head tilts; having a squeeze bottle means that you don't have to rely on gravity to move the solution through one nostril to the other.
I recommend ignoring the technique shown where the bottle is held upside-down, and just use it in it's upright position. I found the NetiRinse starting sucking at my nostril after the water level moved below the line of the intake straw.
Comes with what looks like a two-year supply of salt packets (depending I suppose, on the condition of your sinuses, and how often you require a cleanse.)
It was weird to use at first, but after the first 3 or so times I learned to concentrate on slowly breathing through my mouth while doing this. Once you get the hang of it there is no issue using it. Highly recommended for people with stuffed noses.
Update (01/07/2016): Having not used this for a while, I forgot what a difference this can make before bed when your nose is plugged. The bottle is holding up well, and I'm just running out of salt packs now. Overall this is a great value considering it has the device itself and enough salt packs to last you a while.
I really do love this box and the fact that it comes with pre-measure salt packets too! Easy peasy!

I like it a lot it works very well and lots of salt pockets are includedPublished 15 days ago by Alexandre
I have both a ceramic netti pot and this one. I find the netirinse can be messy and the white rubber becomes black with finger prints.Published 2 months ago by Shannibelle
