There's nothing really wrong with this item, it just doesn't really hold much and looks a little cheap. A really nice feature would be if the iPod was actually charging while it was plugged in here. That would make this so much more functional.

I purchased these items in Red and Blue. The Red is closer to coral which didn't work because purchased for my son's Red Ipod Nano. The Blue is more of a pastel blue instead of Royal but we could live with it. The unit only plays the Ipod but won't charge it so something to keep in mind. I was very disappointed in the seller's return policy. I attempted to return the Red one and was told that they have a 2 week return policy which I had missed by a day. Usually return policy is at least 30 days.

I would have given 5 stars had the lamp also CHARGED my ipod while the ipod was plugged into lamp. And my ipod didn't fit on the little front slot, but other than these 2 minor problems the lamp works and the volume is good.
