As many of the reviews state, this charger does not seem to seat well. I have a 2004 Toyota Matrix and I have to constantly fiddle with the charger to get the charging ring to stay illuminated (which indicates the unit is receiving power to charge your device). I wish there were other side-entry USB adapters around.

I bought two of these, and both of them have the same issue - they do not seat very well in either of my cars' 12V power jacks. I often have to fiddle with them to get them seated just right so they provide power. When they are seated correctly, they work great, but they do not stay that way for long. I love the form factor and the available power (1A per USB port); I just wish they worked more consistently.

I have purchased iLuv products before and have been very happy. Because of this I purchased this product. I can not trust it to charge my items. I have to baby sit it to make sure it is working. I wish I had the packaging so that I could send it back.
