The case blocked the sensor of my iphone !!!,

In my situation, the case blocked my sensor and that caused problems for me while using the phone and mainly when i was talking.I was not able to use the case due to blocking the sensor and I thought my money is gone, But the cellular connection ( the seller of the case) customer service is great. They contacted me and asked me to chose a new case to sent it to me for free.Thanks for their help.
