I have only owned this machine for three months and it died several weeks ago. The soap was dripping when it sensed the light or anyone passing by. I thought it's the battery problem and somehow it still didn't work after I replaced the batteries. The battery compartment was moistured because of the constant dripping. I just purchased a new one from Costco. It's working fine and not dripping for no reason. The apperance is even better than this one.I don't recommend the iTouchless ESD002S Soap Dispenser to anyone.

I had purchase the Lysol automated ones before, and it was expensive to have to purchase new cartridges that were so expensive. Got this, and I can still buy soap on sale to refill. Great purchase for those who are looking for an automated dispenser that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to refill

Very nice look, it is for it I bought this product for my kitchen. Work very well.My friends came for new year and use the iTouchless all evening!! Was fun. Yes I recommand for the look and it working very well. I need always wash my hands when I making dinner.
