I wish there is separate ratings for the product and service... 5 starts for the product 1 star for Amazon service makes it average 3 starts!

1- Product is great, tons of room, compartments for everything you need in a diaper bag with extras such as change pad, thermos etc...

2- amazon service was the worst I have ever experienced. I wait more than a MONTH for this item delivered...
