Easy to read, easy to absorb, interesting advice on how to live a healthier more fulfilling life from spiritual and emotional standpoints. Encorporates Buddhist philosophy and common sense. The only downfall is the often painfully tacky dialogue between the monk and his former protege... I very much enjoyed the book however - good lessons to live by!

Although this book is quite good, along with The Wealth Barber and other books with good lessons for life, I, myself, got more from The Celestine Prophecy for my life's journey
