A great book. A must have for serious grillers. Some truely amazing recipes here, from simple rubs to full meals. Ted's recipe/method for braising ribs has become a regular at our house, family and friends love them! "Dumptruck Taters" have become the main BBQ side dish for almost every grilled meal.
"Bone Dust" and "Amazing Steak Spice" will become pantry staples the first time you try them!

The King Of The Q is back!....and in a BIG way!

Blue Plate BBQ covers all kinds of grillin', smokin' and plankin' all in one colourful giant 200 recipe plus book.

All original....all crazy!......and all extremely tasty

Everything from Chicken Lollipops to

hot dogs wrapped in ground beef to

herbed planked meatloaf to

planked mashed potatoes (I can't stop making these, they are soooo good)

to grilled lemon pie (more baking on the grill!)

and of course for rib fanatics a big chapter on scrumptious rib recipes.

And just when you thought The King of the Q couldn't get anymore outrageous ....BANG....."Teddy's Grilled Cheese Beef Burger with Ludicrous Beer Butter Basting Sauce"...yep....a burger that uses two grilled cheese sandwiches as buns!!!

Something I've learned from reading The King of the Q line of books is that the following sentence should never be used.....

"You can't grill that!!"....Actually, yes you can. You can grill just about anything and the King of the Q shows us how.

If you looking for a bbq book you may want to pick this one up. It has loads of great recipes even drinks. One of the best bbq books I've seen.
