I pre-ordered this book and it arrived today, and I cannot emphasize the amount of work and thought that went into its creation! There is one surprise after another with each turn of the page, and enough content to remain engaging throughout multiple reads (not unlike Rowling's literary masterpieces that inspired these films). Not to mention the preview images for the yet-to-be-released Deathly Hallows films! It is well worth the money for anyone who loves Harry Potter as much as I do! A big thanks to Warner Brothers and Brian Sibley from a ridiculously enormous fan!

I love it so much! This book is really precious to me. I think it's really detailed and complete. The information is really interesting and/or funny. And the little things added are amazing. I have nothing to complain. I think this book is a wonderful thing to have!!

This book has phenomenal detailing and great insight into various features of the movie. It was so beautiful, captivating and exciting to read that not only did I purchase my boyfriend one, but I was quick to get myself my own copy. You even get a detailed Marauder's map and while it's smaller than original, it's just as beautiful (and the original runs for 40 bucks alone!). I wish it was created after Deathly Hallows two so more information on that movie could be included along with details from it, but that isn't a con at all, as this book is darn-near-perfection! Highly recommended!

Harry Potter Film Wizardry is really an awesome book. I got it for Christmas, and when I got the plastic off and opened it up and looked though it, I was pretty speechless, that's how cool it is. It's a very good quality book, with sturdy hard covers and shiny pages. Every page is full of pictures from the movies or concept art or pictures of the cast, and information about those pictures, and a lot of it is done up to look like a scrapbook or pages on a notice board (it really reminded me of JKR's website sometimes). There's information about all of the movies, the different characters and animals and places. It was all really cool to read the bits of information and because even though I did already know some of the stuff, there was a lot of stuff I'd never heard of before. Another thing that made me interested in the book were all of the things that comes with it. There's a letter from Hogwarts, a programme for the Quidditch World Cup and for the Yule Ball, four Educational Decree signs, a Marauder's Map, and more. It's all very cool. The only little thing I have that could be better with the book is more stuff about Part 2 of Deathly Hallows. But with all of the other really awesome things in the book, I can live with that. All in all, a really awesome book!

This is the most amazing book. For any Harry Potter fan, this book will blow you away. It features piles of little-known-facts and secrets on how the movies were made. There are also movie "props" throughout the book. (Hasn't everyone wanted to see the Marauder's Map?) It has so much information that it will take a while to actually read through. Well worth the money. A great piece of movie history.

There still isn't any Harry Potter art books, but this movie companion is probably the best thing any fan could wish for.

Harry Potter Wizardry is 160-page hardcover and designed like a scrapbook with little goodies ' booklets, stickers, maps, etc - attached to the pages. The cover is also nicely embossed. It's printed by publisher Collins Design.

The book covers all the seven films, including a sneak at at Deathly Hallows Part 2. It's packed with all sorts of interesting things from the Harry Potter movies. There are chapters on characters, the schools, mythical creatures, strange locations and stories about the wizardry world. You can read about all the teachers Harry had, the different villains from each movies, Ministry of Magic or all the strange inventions created by Ron's twin brothers.

There are plenty of photos shot behind the scenes showing the sets, the miniatures and models, actors and there are even some pieces of artwork and sketches.

The commentary provided includes interviews with the actors and staff. They talk about everything from creating sets like the Hogwarts castle to how they film the movie with computer graphics elements. I'm impressed with how much content is included.

This is the book Harry Potter fans have been waiting for. Grab it.

I have to admit I had sort of low expectations about this book, as I thought the title was a bit flakey. It is an amazing book, jam packed full of information, photos and "items" like a marauders map. My daughter cant put it down and she has had it for two weeks now. Every time she opens it she finds something new. This book is going to be well loved, no doubt about it.

This book is fabulous. With copies of the original costume sketches, storyboards, and everything! It is very interesting to read all the information on the making of the film and unlike any other book I have seen that deals with this topic. If you are a Harry Potter fan and at all interested in the productions of film and what goes on backstage, then you will love this book! It's also very well priced right now, thought it would be more expensive.

Nothing short of a tremendous effort must have gone into creating "Harry Potter Film Wizardry." This fascinating companion to the Harry Potter books and movies provides behind-the-scenes information on the most memorable moments from the first seven films. Brian Sibley, the cast and crew have compiled almost 150 pages filled with photographs, sketches, storyboards, and concept art. A delight to both look at and touch, the book contains a letter addressed to "H. Potter, The Cupboard under the Stairs" to pull out from its envelope; Honeydukes candy boxes to punch out and assemble; the Yule Ball and the Quidditch World Cup programmes; proclamations to decorate your walls; the detailed Marauder's Map; the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes product catalogue; and the much more sinister Borgin and Burkes catalogue. As such a clever and fun way to present props and ephemera, this book provides a "must have" experience for die-hard Potter fans.

Great book for all Harry Potter fans. Lots of inside information on stars, directors. I haven't gone through the whole book, just thumbed through different sections, stopping to read others. Glad I bought it.
