The product was a used book, but it was in good condition. The delivery was on time, no complaints. It was a very good transaction overall.

In terms of the super FREE shipping, the book came in fast enough with a pretty good & new look. The only pity was that there weren't any used copies available as a latest edition. But overall, the entire online purchasing experience was quite satisfactory.
