This is the text book for an introductory marketing class that I'm taking. The book is great and the connect access feature is very helpful, although the book isn't that old and there are quite a few references that are already out of date or obsolete.

Great service, i really appreciate all the help as they fully understand the persons's situation. i don't think anyone else would do that.

Some of these textbooks can be quite dry but this one clearly tries to keep your interest with good examples. With respect to "Connect Access", I was disappointed that the "ebook" included is only for reading on your computer, and its not a simple, easy to read file, its smaller on my screen than that, with lots of scrolling and page turning to do. I couldn't use the ebook on my Kindle and it doesn't look like you could use it on any other ereader either. The quizzes in Connect seem to the matching type, I would prefer multiple choice.
