This is an excellent grammar reference and exercise book. The explanations are easy to understand and the exercises help us remember the grammar points just learned. Worth the buy.

I'm a beginner-intermediate Chinese learner, and this book really helps to increase your Chinese grammar knowledges. My Chinese friend recommend it to me, and he was right. It really helps. It is simple, there is plenty of exercices, so you put in practice what you just learned. So, I recommend this book!! You can also get the "Chinese vocabulary" book, which is also really good! This is not a book for beginner, because there is no audio cassette or CD, so... you have to know pronounciation before buying this book.

This book is great. The print is readable and the grammer is very simple. Great choice for a starter.
