I have tried about half of the recipes in this book and each one knocked me out. They work, they result in amazingly flavorful food. If you love or like real BBQ then this needs to be on your shelf. The only suggestion I have is that you need to have the tools and you need to have patience. This is slow and low cooking.

Ok book thats all, if you are old fashion with old pit, thats for you.If you are more modern with new technics and new equipment than try Myron Mixon book or Mike Mills. Good book,but not great. |
