I am stoked I purchased this cookbook. I have already made about 12 things from it, all of them easy and tasty, and adaptable if you get inspired or have limited access to some of the ingredients. I would highly recommend this to anyone - cooking enthusiasts, beginners or chefs, health conscious folks to those who just want a kick start. There is something in here for everyone.

Excellent book. Have made many of the recipes and all turned out great, and looked great too! A worthwhile purchase that you will want to share with your family and friends.

I'm not into Martha Stewart but I love this cookbook. Probably the best cookbook I own. The recipes are achievable and not too daunting, but remain attractive, delicious and healthy. Imagine Swedish style minimalism directed towards constructing food.

I have had this book for a few years, and even though I am a collector of cookbooks and have many - this is one of my favourite "go to" books. The recipes are easy to follow with easy to obtain, or have on hand, ingredients. I love the rice salads, glazed carrots with ginger, walnut crusted chicken breasts, lemony lentil salad, pita sandwiches with spinach chickpea spread. The list goes on. There are only a few desert recipes and those are mostly with fruit, but they are good as well. The recipes without exception are excellent and suitable for either a weekday dinner when time is scarce, or for a special weekend with friends. I recommend this book for the information; the beautiful photography and the nutritious recipes.

The book has some good information and is very healthy. Unfortunately some of the recipes are quite bland. A bit more liberal seasoning could really help things out. I found the urge to adjust a few recipes for this reason.

This book is a fantastic book for all levels of healthy cooks. The pictures are beautiful, the recipes are not too hard and the intro part of the book is a fabulous resource to explore if you want to know which foods are good for different aspects of your healthy lifestyle. I love this book and would highly recommend it. I've made many recipes out of it already and they've all turned out just great!

This is a great book with tons of helpful information and great recipes that are simple, healthy and delicious! I use it almost on a daily basis

This is more than a recipy book, lots of info. Every recipy is delicious! Anyone who is interested in healthy eating would enjoy the book. :)
