This is by far the best book I have gotten,I'm just starting off and still studying to be a chef. Although there are no recipes I new this when getting purchasing the book. This book will still help anyone who just simply want to know what flavers go well together.

Bought this book for myself some time ago, this one I purchased for my daughter as she moved into her new apartment. It is full of taste combinations you would never think would work together and a great place to find explanations for food that you have not heard of. Well worth purchasing whether you are a seasoned cook or starting out.

Excellent book, its full of inspiring information for anyone who has a passion for cooking and enjoys eating great food.
