This book is a great read. It is not filled with deep detail that no-one really wants to read about. Its full of adventure and the author tells the story in a way that keeps you interested throughout the book. Talk about a one year adventure.

happy there are people like Guy, Aug 29 2011

I am so happy that there are people like Guy Grieves still around. I really applaud him for getting out of the rat race. His descriptions of his work place and the people who inhabit such places is dead on. Work culture is indeed soul destroying, and when you do the math, and realize the hours upon hours of wasted life for money, it would make any man weep. May we all be so brave as Guy, and good on him, he deserve the life he has created. It is an interesting read.
