This book is an awesome read if you are interested in healthy eating and working out. There is so much detail in this book, including easy recipes, meal plans, workout plans. It also provides reasons why eating certain types of foods are good/bad for you and what they specifically do to your body. Totally recommend buying!

So far, I'm loving this book. There were a lot of things I didn't know, and some things I did, but it's complete, concise, and well laid-out. The only question I have that I can't seem to find an answer for is regarding the workout portion. If anyone can shed some light on this for me, I'd be very grateful.

Jackie says to complete an entire routine three times a week. At first, I thought she meant a circuit in one of the routines because doing three sets of 15-30 reps of each exercise in one circuit would equal out to about 30 mins. Then, I thought, maybe each the reps are broken down into sets, so 5/10 reps per set, and then repeat the entire routine twice more. I read and re-read, and can't figure out what she means, though. Any ideas?

Jackie connects a lot of dots between a variety of ideas we may have heard before! I really connected with her advice and feel like a lot of the Why's were answered for me. It's so easier to make better food choices knowing the exact effect it will have on our overworked hormones and organs. Worth the read!

This is an amazing book, very easy to read and lots of interesting information, I've gained lots of weight after my pregnancy's and since reading this book, I've been very motivated to exercice and to eat healthy....

Super bons conseils malgré que si on suit à la lettre ce qu'elle dit, on se sent toujours plein car on mange beaucoup (j'ai enlevé une portion de protéines!); ça ressemble un peu au régime belle et mince : pas de "p" le soir. Je ne regrette pas du tout cet achat car ce n'est pas seulement un régime, il donne des exercices variés pour muscler notre corps, et j'aime bien sa méthode 5-2: 5 jours on fait attention et 2 repas par semaine plus calorifiques.
