Lisa Delaney is the author of this book and she had struggled with her weight until she was in her late 20s so she knows exactly how many women feel when theyre overweight. She knows about the insecurities and other issues that you have to deal with. She writes like shes talking specifically to you and I love that. She guides you through different issues and ways to overcome them while losing weight and maintaining it. Her experiences are ones that I felt I could relate to, having gone through the same thing in my life, and her advice is logical and presented in a way that would get anyone motivated. Even people who feel like they have tried every diet and failed will be inspired by this book. Im the kind of person who hardly finishes books in less than a week, but this I finished in 3 days. I thought it was that good. Any woman struggling with their weight should read this book.
