Don't let the title fool you -- this book is an excellent primer for anyone who is learning the ways of Lean. Like most "For Dummies" books, this one is clearly illustrated and provides tips (and helpful warnings) about what to do (or not do) when considering the implementation of Lean. I keep the copy close at hand and have it completely "tabbed" from cover to cover as an in-depth quick-reference when explaining the basics of Lean to the layperson. A very solid book for a quick study of the subject and should be combined with other more seminal works.

Excellent, I took a 2 day crash course, passed the exam. THis book filled in relavent information that was missed. Great reference
