An excellent book to help those who are new to analytics and those who have been doing it for sometime. This book does what other books haven't done, or haven't done as well as 'Analytics: An Hour a Day' and that is to layout a process or a frame work for approaching web analytics. It goes well beyond describing and discussing web analytics by going into how you should approach it, what you should think about, care about, and do about it.Two thumbs up.
