I love the book it is a simple way for everybody to understand how to do portrait of there family. I like the way she present exemple of how to observe and to do it. But... I am a professionnal photographer and I think you have to understand the basic technique of photography to fully appreciate this book. But the simplicity is there. I recommande to everybody who want to learn the candid portrait.

The best photography books I have used to date. I love th lessons they give you, and then you can try the techniques you learned, upload your pictures online and have other amateur photographers rate your pictures. I love this book so much I bought the whole series. I wish I could fit them in my pocket to travel with or had the electronic version. They are great!
