To me, without question the most comprehensive guide to web analytics on the market. By far!
I was a huge fan of the first book (Web Analytics: An Hour a Day) and so I couldn't wait to get my hands on Avinash's second book. Whether you are just getting started in web analytics or already consider yourself a 'data ninja', Web Analytics 2.0: The Art of Online Accountability and Science of Customer Centricity is a must read.
There is something about the way Avinash writes and the way in which he presents his content that makes this book easy to understand and incredibly compelling (after all, he is THE authority on the subject).
Avinash offers logical and practical advice on how to look through the web analytics lens in order to maximize results. I would recommend that anybody who has a stake in an online presence pick up this book. A super read with something for everyone.
For me, the book can be defined in two words: Education and Inspiration.
It's the next best thing to having a pocket sized Avinash to carry around with you.
