I had to get this book for my pediatrics course. I don't read a lot of books that I have to get for class thoroughly but I read this entire book. Was very impressed & incourage others to read it & formulate your own opinion. She tells you the facts & statistics of certain things but leaves it up to the reader to decide if they will continue implementing these foods into their diets.
