As a novice real estate investor, I purhased this book hoping for some insite and education. To my surprise, what I received is promotional material for Don Campbell's organization called "REIN".
Every story tells of a "turning point" when the subject attends a "REIN" meeting.
Most of the success stories come from western Canada during a time that the region was experiencing a spectaculer increase in real estate values. There is nothing to learn here about investing in regions with a stable economy.

Chapter 50 is a success story in criminal activity!
Would have been a good book except the author endorses as a success story Dan Barton and Greg Gillespie (Chapter 50) - these guys are two crooks who stole money from a number of innocent people.
They were charged and sentenced in March 2014.
The book should be updated...but at this point I would not trust the author's recommendations.

The book is a plug for REIN. The book provides minimal advice. It provides no concrete numbers, no 'system' detalis, no tangible or useful advice. You are left feeling that the only way to get the 'secret infomation' is to fork cash over to REIN. This is an organization Don campbell has created. In order to join you need to pay $200/month for a minimum of 6 months. Fishy!
Also, it is advertized that 100% of the proceeds of the book go to habitat for humanity. I understand why, I beleive that the real money for the author lies in you and thousands of others joining REIN. At least its recurring revenue, right REIN?

This isn't even a book. This is an advertisement for REIN. Terrible.
