5.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent"
"The Winston Brothers" by Lori Foster is an excellent read. The characters are fun, the dialogue exciting, and the plot entertaining. An appealing combination to be sure.

3.0 out of 5 stars An okay offering,
I am as a rule a fan of Lori Foster, her stories are for the most part, exciting, sexy and just plain fun. That being said, I'd like to express my disappointment with this book. It read like something Stella Cameron might have written. It left a not so pleasant taste in my mouth. Come on Lori get it in gear and write something shockingly wonderful your many fans...

5.0 out of 5 stars SEXY, BOLD AND HILARIOUS, Feb 23 2002

This review is from: The Winston Brothers (Mass Market Paperback)
Definitely a dream for the hopeless romantics come true. THE WINSTON BROTHERS turns out to be such a sensation in its separate anthologies - CHARMED, HOT FOR CHOCOLATE, SINFUL - that Lori Foster has gathered the sexy and endearing trio in one book and the fourth brother Zack in the upcoming WILD.
In Tangled Sheet, the eldest brother Cole Winston can hardly control his desire for the innocent and bashful Sophie who frequents his bar. Valentine is just round the corner and Sophie is tenacious to shed her virginity tag with a hidden agenda of her own. She masks herself to become her twin Shelley to trap Cole with her passionate advances. Chase Winston, the quiet brother becomes crazily obsessed with Allison, an assistant to Sophie when he can hear her inner thoughts with the aid of two ghosts. In Tangled Images, Mack Winston is led unwittingly into a ploy by Sophie to model for her catalogue in male undergarments. He is in for a sizzle when he realizes that the photographer is the serious and strait-laced Jessica Wells who he is enamoured of in his college days....
Sexy, bold and hilarious, Lori Foster shows her mastery at weaving delicious tales with swooning heroes and perfect comedic timing. This compilation is not to be missed for anyone who has a predilection for the winsome brothers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Chase Winston ... take me away!, May 17 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: The Winston Brothers (Mass Market Paperback)
These are three great stories about three of the four Winston brothers (and lots of teasers thrown in about Zane Winston who stars in his own novel, "Wild"). Being an only child, the thought of being part of such a loving, awesome family is appealing plus the men are just wonderful. Lori Foster, after reading this one, I've ordered many more of your titles; you have an incredible talent for capturing realistic dialogue and appealing characters. Forget the Calgon ... Chase Winston ... take me away!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Every Town Needs a Bar Like This One!, July 1 2003
This review is from: The Winston Brothers (Mass Market Paperback)
The Winston Brothers are incredible! The sex scenes in the book, especially between Chase and Allison are sizzling and the interaction between the brothers is funny and touching.

The book, comprised of three novellas about 3 of the 4 Winston Brothers is a quick and steamy read. I generally get annoyed with romance novels where the woman is a nervous 20 year old virgin and the sex is described with cutsey euphamisms. Thankfully, although two of the 3 women are virgins, the writing is anything but cutsey. This isn't sex with your hands over your eyes, this is sex with your eyes open and bravo to Lori Foster for writing it this way.

My only complaint is that love and marriage happen so quickly, which, given that these men are such romeos, is hard to believe, but then again, it is a romance novel and it's all about fantasy, LOL.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a family!!, Mar 6 2003

This review is from: The Winston Brothers (Mass Market Paperback)
I love the format of this book, each story was connected with the next. Cole and Sophie's story was the best for me followed by Chase and Allison's. Mack and Jessica's story was sweet but didn't make as much of an impression on me. "Wild" is a great read too.

5.0 out of 5 stars It Sizzles!!, Dec 16 2002
This review is from: The Winston Brothers (Mass Market Paperback)
I just discovered Lori Foster a couple of months ago. I have been recommended by Amazon for quite sometimes and so I figured, hey, why don't I give it a try? And boy, am I happy to find out about her! "The Winston Brothers" is the 3rd title from Lori Foster that I have. Although the stories are only anthologies but still they are simply mah-ve-lous!! The only problem is that they are not long enough *grin*

However, even in short stories, Lori Foster has managed to create such wonderful and lovable characters. The stories are fast-paced, funny, hot, and sexy. It simply sizzles!! By the way, my favorite from the 3 stories is "Tangled Sheet" ... the story of the oldest Winston Brothers, Cole, and his sweet Sophie.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Winston Brothers: 3 hot & sexy stories in One book!, Nov 25 2002

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: The Winston Brothers (Mass Market Paperback)
Each story is about one of the 4 Winston brothers and though each story may be shorter in length than a full novel, they lack nothing in the sensual and passionate story telling. These men desire their women so much that their "teeth ache" and her writing is so precise that you feel their sexual frustrations and you can almost hear their moans and groans.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Winston Brothers, Nov 21 2002

This is a wonderful book to read. Three very very sexy brothers. Also the sequel of Wild about the fourth brother. All of the women are strong and wonderful but these are some of the sexiest yet warm kind hearted wonderful men you will ever want to meet. Too bad I never knew any of them or anyone that nice in my life. But after all it is a novel.
