I love this book for the sheer quantity of recipes that it contains. I was a bit apprehensive about buying it at first because I am a vegetarian and it has shrimp on the front cover. Not surprisingly, however, it has a ton of vegetarian recipes. I think it's a great buy.
Note: As previously mentioned, it does not have a lot of information for the inexperienced cook.
