A MUST-READ--best book on alien abduction,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
Out of all the theories that try to make sense and explain alien abductions (and UFOs in general), none is so complete, thorough, logical, and scholarly as Jacobs'.In the beginning, he points out why the alien abduction phenomenon is clearly real and why it isn't true that the many abduction stories (all over the world) are simply made up, dreamed of, caused by hypnosis, or caused by psychological or other problems (and how they differ from false "repressed memories" which sometimes occurs under incompetent hypnosis). He later analyses the many stories and comes up with a rational theory that makes perfect sense. All the strange events and procedures the aliens perform during abductions as well as the secrecy of the phenomenon make perfect sense after you read this book. Unlike others who view the abduction phenomenon in a spiritual or religious sense and automatically assume that aliens and abductions are benevolent and are here to help or better mankind or are here from a higher spiritual realm (he explains why people believe this and how it is incorrect), he thoroughly investigates and looks at the UFO and abduction phenomenon logically, rationally and scientifically. When you put all the pieces of the puzzle together, the abductions make sense and the aliens intentions become clear. Their intentions are not benevolent, in our best interests, or to help or better mankind. Far from it, they have a dangerous and malevolent plan underway. I agree with the reviewer who said that not only should people interested in the UFO and paranormal phenomenon read it but everyone should. UFOS and the abduction phenomenon are real(for evidence for, and an overview of UFOs and aliens also read Alien Agenda) . There are just way too many stories performed by unbiased and competent hypnosis (Jacobs explains how the aliens prevent people from remembering it, at least under normal circumstances), all over the world, and sometimes even with physical evidence (not much-the aliens are very careful), such as implants, markings on the ground, strange medical evidence, body marks and bruises, persons missing for a period of time, etc. After so many abduction accounts, you'd think it would be clear that these beings are not benevolent, that they aren't spiritual beings from another dimension, that they aren't kindly "space brothers", and that "new-ageish" theories such as that is simply the result of wishful thinking. For those who say it's impossible to travel light-years from even the nearest star, well, it may be impossible for us to do it with our method of space travel , but that doesn't mean a much more technologically advanced civilization hasn't found a way to do it. Two or three centuries ago we thought it would be impossible to fly or go to the moon. I think this is the best book on alien abduction because it makes sense of it. The aliens have a reason for their secrecy, and it's not to protect us, but to hide their intentions. Read this book.

No answer to an age-old problem,
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
I first saw this book at my local library last year. Out of curiosity, I took it out in order to peruse the material inside. What I found didn't surprise me. Jacob's makes a great attempt to present to the reader the accounts of alien abductees and does a fine job at presenting the facts about this. However, the problem is not a recent one. This kind of activity has been going on since man first walked the earth. Jacques Vallee has also written some very good material on the same sort of stuff. Vallee, however, delves deeper into the phenomena and traces these things back to the dawn of man. What are now called "aliens" were once called "fairies", "gnomes", "elves" and "dwarfs" in some cultures. All of these "entities" did the same exact thing as "aliens" do today. Medieval Europe also had problems with incubi and succubi; entities that would transform themselves into a reasonable facsimile of humans. Vallee, though, attributes this phenomena to something that is from earth; not from the stars. The Bible also tells of entities (Angels) who rebelled against God and took as many earth women as they wanted during the antediluvian period. In short, all of this phenomena is not because of other people from outer space, but of fallen angels which are a reality. Vallee closes by asking the question, But who are they? Jacobs doesn't go that far in his summation, preferring to rest with the assumption that these things, these "aliens", are bona fide extraterrestrials. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's a simple problem involving the forces of good vs evil. And evil "angels", or "aliens" tell enough lies to make the unsuspecting person believe them.

Abduction Enigma: Solved?,
By Edward E. Muller (Mexico City, MEXICO) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
Hi. I have been studying the UFO and Abduction phenomenon for about 20 years. Even though Dr. Jacobs offers a grim vision of the future, he has put more pieces of the Abduction Puzzle together than any other investigator. He has systematically divided the alien's purposes and role here on Earth and the information he brings forth is difficult to swallow, specially the part of Hybridization Programs and Interaction with Humans. If Dr. Jacobs is right, then these visitors have their own personal intentions but we mustn't forget that there are many different ET civilization that have interacted and are interacting with Humanity and not all have the same Reproductive Purposes. In general, this book helped me acquire one more piece of the ET Puzzle. Not a bad book. Dr. Jacobs has set forth an interesting theory: Genetic Manipulation of the Human Species. The Bitter Truth,
By Reticuli (Las Vegas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
Jacobs is the one researcher that other researchers always end up having to concede to. I'm an abductee, so all this stuff is known to me first hand. And by the way, I've never been hypnotized or institutionalized. There are a lot of us out there, and for obvious reasons don't advertise. It hurts sometimes to look at a blinding truth. They're here. They abduct people. They breed hybrids. The beings working on the various programs are not able or allowed to breed without taking part, and because their ancient society has dispelled every religious myth there ever was, the only eternal life is in the larger genetic lineage and society. They subvert normal ethics for this "greater good". Think of a cross between the biblical Abraham and the popular scientist Carl Sagan, then suppress whatever conscience either of them had. Obsession with continued progeny and the perpetuance of intelligent life. The engineered humans and hybrids often rub our technological inferiority in our faces...how very human of them. The aliens use a variety of psychological warfare techniques, including utilization of regional myths and superstitions to mask their operations. They prefer to work in secret, painstakingly avoiding risk to themselves. So much so, that we don't even know what planet they're from. They often train and program abductees to be useful at the "big event", sometimes as spotters for roaming drone ships that will be used to eliminate resistance, should humanity choose to ever take such an action. Many of us have also been trained for skills in the post-event era. Philippines, Belgium, and other countries have already produced government reports indicating the ET phenomenon is probably real. Our own Air Force Academy physicists were forced to a similar conclusion, but the textbook chapter on the subject was removed for being contrary to the belief systems of certain parents of Academy students. U.S. intelligence agencies have so over-compartmented and decentralized the pieces of information on this subject, that although every pilot and air traffic controller knows strange things are flying around, our governments will not do anything about it until it is too late. And it was too late the moment they arrived. The war was over before it began. We are defenseless. There are no reverse engineered UFOs. No ELF super-HAARP planetary shields. If you resist, you die. If we try and take a landed ship, our soldiers will have their flesh dissolved off their bones by thermoacoustic pulse. We can either accept it and live out our puny little lives with the joys available, or not. As for myself, I'm getting a second degree in Film, learning how to DJ, and pursuing my dreams while there's still time. I assume at some point world governments will try something and all hell will break loose. I'd like to live a little before the idiots in power ruin everything. For the record, the laws of physics do not prevent superluminal travel, just limit how one can go about achieving it. The primary constraint having to do with causality. If you people had actually studied Einstein and gravitation without making assumptions he never indulged in, you'd have figured that out. If you'll excuse me, I can't help but feel a certain contempt for some of you. We're the ones enduring all of this, and all we ask is for your support and comfort. But we don't get it. Instead, you just make fun. And when you finally take your heads out of your butts and take notice, you'll likely just get everyone killed in the process.

Gradual - Accelerated - Sudden.,
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
If you are like many 'skeptics,' which is to say if you have a narrow and closed mind, are riddled with prejudices, and are a fanatical believer in the 'truths' you were indoctrinated with during your childhood, skip this book. It isn't for you. Scorn is cheap, and you would gain nothing by reading it.If, on the other hand, you have an open mind, and one strong enough to contemplate the most horrifying news ever brought to mankind, you should certainly read it, but not perhaps before bracing yourself for the worst. Jacobs is a highly qualified academic who has spent much of his life investigating the UFO phenomenon, and his book is based on over seven hundred hypnotic-regression interviews, extracts from many of which are cited in this well-written and thoroughly researched study. He is a brave man and writes with authority. We should be grateful to him, although the picture he has slowly pieced together from these varied voices is terrifying. It isn't easy to create natural dialogue, to create the feel of a real person speaking, to summon up the image of a vivid and believable man, woman, or child in just a few lines. Only the very greatest writers can do this. And this is what frightens me. I sincerely hope that Professor Jacobs, besides being a scholar, is also a literary genius, a fraud, and deluded, though I fear he isn't any of these. I fear that these voices, as he claims, came right off the tapes. As one trained in literary analysis, what impresses me most about this book is the wide range of utterly believable individual voices we are given, voices of many different persons who are evidently sincere. In these interviews we see them struggling to come to terms with the abductee experience, and trying to describe what they saw, heard, and felt as well as they can. They deserve our gratitude and our sympathy, and one feels disgusted that the official world offers them no support at all. Some of these individuals are clearly intelligent and highly articulate; others appear none too bright and are poor speakers. But they are all real, and even those who have trouble expressing themselves manage to convey enough for us to see what they are trying to tell us. Only another Arthur Miller or Tennessee Williams could have made these voices up. As for the news the abductees bring, it can be stated briefly. The Aliens are here. They have been here for some time. They have made complete fools of us. The Alien strategy consists of three stages: Gradual - Accelerated - Sudden. They are delighted with their progress and are currently approaching the end of the accelerated stage, at the completion of which will occur - "The Change." One abductee reports: "This thing is going down a lot sooner than people think." We do not know precisely what means the Aliens will employ to precipitate the global catastrophe that is to sweep most of us away, but one can imagine them thinking something like this: The Earth is a beautiful planet. Why leave it in the hands of greedy and primitive Earthlings whose economic machine is rapidly converting it into garbage? It will be a relatively simple matter to divert a suitable- sized asteroid and have it slam into the Pacific. After which... For the rest, and there's a lot more, you will have to read Jacobs. It's worse, much worse, than you can imagine. No-one could have imagined this. But don't read this book if you ever want to sleep well again at night, or perhaps I should have said in the nights you have left...

Jacobs assembles some more of the jigsaw pieces,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
Having read many different articles in numerous publications it is apparent that there are many pieces to this immense jigsaw puzzle we refer to as Alien visitation. It can surely be no accident that cultural differences amongst the population on this planet rarely have any bearing on the "facts" surrounding the abduction phenomenon. I was not surprised to read what Jacobs had to say, but the methodical approach he has taken in researching the phenomenon adds a great deal of credence to the subject in general. The big question is if the reality of Alien abduction is nothing more than a fantasy, then why does Jacobs' research highlight similarities in many unconnected events so well. I couldn't put it down. It's an excellent book, which presents a very plausible argument for those wishing to understand WHY THEY are here.

A book by which future research can be based,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
As having read through several decades of UFO research, I have to harbor reservations no matter how convincingly a researcher puts forth his hypothesis. Jacobs has used at least as large a sampling (if not larger) than anyone else in trying to make sense of one of the oddest facets of the UFO phenomenon. Up to this point, we have had many alien abduction accounts that appear on one hand to be comparitively understandable (Betty and Barny Hill) to unfathomable (like Betty Andreasson). Jacobs' wide sampling has allowed him to see many of the subtleties in the various accounts and how they may in fact add up to a coherent (if disturbing) picture. I must admit that, try as I might to resist his hypothesis, it was among the most fully researched I've come across. He also presented himself in a logical and cohesive manner. He anticipated certain arguments and addressed them. My only reservation is that (like others before him) he might have come across areas of the abduction phenomenon that he couldn't make sense of, or didn't fit into his overall picture and thus disregarded them. If so, he might be just the next step in trying to explain this seemingly unexplainable curiosity. However, the fact remains that this is a well researched and well presented piece and will stand as a milestone by which other researchers and investigators can get us close to solving this oddity.

Very well written.,

This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
I liked the first book, The Threat. This is part two by Jacobs on alien abduction and gets to the heart of the alien agenda. Jacobs has all the credentials and intellectual honesty required by non-believers; it is time to believe. After reading the first part, I do believe he takes too many of these accounts at face value and jumps to conclusions that other scientists would not make. However he is a very intelligent man with an interesting viewpoint. The treat is that aliens want planet earth and know how to take it, by infiltrating humanity with their own hybrids. Some believe, as Jacobs appears too, that a Breading Program has been taking place for decades and the level of alien hybrids is now indistinguishable from your neighbor next door, except he has full allegiance to the alien agenda. Jacobs includes many abduction accounts with new insights about the threat that no one wants to take seriously. For textbooks, I read Unconvential Flying Objects by Dr. Paul Hill and Alien Agenda by Jim Marrs. For the best fiction which includes inside information on the cover-up, the black technology, and government dirty tricks, I highly recommend Brad Steiger's new book, Alien Rapture.

Jumps to conclusions,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Threat: Revealing the Secret Alien Agenda (Paperback)
I will admit to having had experiences that i can't quite explain in my life. Green and white lights filling my room in the middle fo the night, strange electronic humming sounds and intense vibrations all occuring while I'm trying to sleep. But lets face it, this is a regular occurence of REM sleep, and while I don't disbeleive in UFO's or abductions and did enjoy this book, I have issues with Professor Jacob's book.1. He uses hypnosis as his main method of information gathering. Using only one means of info gathering is leaving far too many of your bases uncovered, not to mention that even though Jacob's gives the good old college try to stand up for the scientific validity of hypnosis, in my mind he still fails. 2. he takes everything said by the abductees at face value. He ignores the fact that there IS!!!!!!!! a lot of media influence in the alien abduction phenomenon, not to mention the fact that we have to take his word for it that he's beign a good hypnotist and not leading the abductee. 3. He completely ignores the govt/military side of alien abductions. I know that it's hard to beleive but lets face the facts brought to us by good old fashioned cloak and dagge rresearch and scientific method and wake up! There is a world wide cover up of UFO information, there was a crash at Roswell in 1947, we've been disseminating the technology ever since, Operation Majestic-12 (despite obvious govt. attempts to flood the net with false MJ-12 docs and efforts to discredit it) was and still is a reality, there is a working treaty between certain world govts and extraterrestial intelligences that is not benign. I'm not saying abductions don't exist, I'm merely saying that Jacobs has missed almost 2/3 of the story. You can't ignore the abduction phenomenon just like you can't ignore the duplicity and treasonous actions of world governments against their own populations. The conspiracy goes as far back as Ancient Sumeria (Sitchins 12th planet series) and goes on today in the US govt. (Behold a pale horse by Will Cooper) If you are an abductee know this, it is a LIE that we can't fight back! It's a lie that there are'nt any splinter groups developing technology to fight these little buggars! It's a LIE that all you can do is live a comfortable life because were f'd anyway! That's what they want you to think. Our own military is in on it, but there are those willing to stand against it. God didn't make us just to perish in the 21st century, on the very dawn of greatness. No, he didn't! Resist or Serve! It should be the motto for us all! |
