I can't remember ever looking for a recipe in this book and not finding it. The instructions are clear, the variations are interesting, and everything is exactly where I expect to find it. The index is useful, and the binder format is ideal. Throw in some gorgeous colour photos, and it's definitely a win.

I own this cookbook and gave one to each of my kids as gifts. Along with recipes, it also serves as a guide to measurements, types of grains, cuts of meat, etc. It will last you a lifetime.
