I'm a new reader of Zane, and I found that this book was very good. It even gave me some ideas that I can take to my own bedroom. I still want to read the first Chronicles book, but I'm sure it's just as good as this one. This book really is addictive and for a person like me that doesn't really like reading I read the book in about 10 days, during my down time at work. I will fasho be reading more of Zane's books, and just a little advice sistas, if you ain't got no freak in you and know you don't want to, you might not want to read the book because you probably won't like it.

It could be a little more... sensual, but overall it was fantastic. Realeased my imagination.

This is my first exposure to Zane, but certianly not my last. It's fun to read, it's well written, and it's the kind of eroticism that both involved are supposed to enjoy - my kind.

It's also my first exposure to recent Black American writing. I like even more that it's literate and fun to read. Too much of the popular media time shows off the punk/gangster mess. There isn't nearly enough attention paid to the educated, successful, and pleasant African Americans - the large majority, to judge by the company I keep.

I know at least a few people that avoid erotica, based on second-hand opinions of bad writing. This book, if you can coax them to read it, might show them that physical affection, good sex, and enjoyable writing can all be found in one place at one time: here. This book deflates lots of bad stereotypes all at once, and I like having my point of view widened like that.

I don't think this one was as good as the first Sex Chronicles. The stories didn't lead up to a big "O" for me in a sense like they did in the first book. But its still worth reading.

If you are looking for romance, then you don't need to read this book. If you are kind of prudish, then you don't need to read this book. If you can't handle a book with some serious sexual content, you don't need to read this book. If you are looking for some good erotic then this is the book for you. If yuo are uninhibited, then this book is for you. If you are comfortable in your own skin and sexuality, this book is for you. Zane writes books that gives it to you raw. It's erotica at it's best, and it makes your imagination run wild. I enjoyed this book better then the first one. IMHO this book had more stories I could enjoy. I will be reading this book.....OFTEN!!!!

I read Zane's first Sex Chronicles which was incredibly well written. It left me wanting to read more of her work. I thought this one would be the same, but it lacks the romance that the first one had. If you like less story line and more graphic sex, you will enjoy this.

I've heard alot of great things about Zane. This is my first time reading one of her books. Some of the short stories are totally far-fetched and then there are some that are believable.

My favorites in this book are: "Cum For Me Boo", "The D*ck You Down Crew", Bottom-Line B*tch, and "Kandi Kan Make U Kream". I will admit, after the first few stories in the beginning all of the others become predictable. Same tempo, different lyrics! However, the author does do a good job with word play.

This book will heat you up and put you in the mood for some sexual stimulation - read with your partner nearby!

After reading the first Sex Chronicles, I found this one a little predictable. All the stories seemed to go in the same direction. She should have just done the first book, and left it at that.

I found the stories in this book to be a bit outlandish.For example the story about the couple getting married, I literally threw my book on the floor, called my friend, and asked why are you letting me read this stupid book. Also it seemed as though she wanted these stories to be more about love than sex, which is okay but I thought the point was to make this book wildier than the first, hence the title gettin' buck wild. Yeah, it's fiction but the stories in the first book were more believable. I was very disappointed and would have rather borrowed my friends copy to read. A good point is that I got the book as a gift, so didn't waste money purchasing it.

I'm feeling the work of ZANE! I finished this book in one day!!! She is an awesome straight forward kind of woman who can just...PUT IT OUT THERE and lets her readers engulf it in its enterity. This book made it to the top of the book reading list among my friends/family. Thanks Zane. Definitely entertaining!!!
