I enjoyed Marcelli Bride. This might be due in large part to my previous enjoyment of the earlier books in Mallery's Marcelli series. This book might not hold as much appeal to someone new to this series. Although I would imagine that Marcelli Bride was written to be able to stand alone, I think that it is made better by background knowledge of the many members of the Marcelli family. As such, if possible, I would recommend reading the books in order (The Sparkling One, The Sassy One, The Seductive One, The Marcelli Bride). There is a fifth book in the series, The Marcelli Princess, but I was not impressed by that one. Although I am not disappointed that I read MP, as I like knowing what happened to Mia, the youngest Marcelli, I can't go so far as to say that I enjoyed the actual book.

There is just something about the way that Susan Mallery writes that really calls to me. Her books are light but entertaining, tender but also often laugh out loud funny. If you have never read her work, I would recommend giving her a try. I would suggest starting with The Sparkling One, Delicious (the first book in the Buchannan series), Tender Loving Care, Sweet Talk (the first book in the Bakery Sisters series), or Accidentally Yours. All are good, light reads.
